Terms and Conditions

Boundless Tours and Safaris
These terms and conditions outline the agreement between you (the client) and Boundless Tours and Safaris regarding all travel services booked through us. By confirming a booking, you accept these terms in full.
1. Booking & Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to the trip.
Full payment is required immediately for bookings made within 30 days of departure.
2. Payments
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or mobile money (where available).
Any transaction or bank charges are the responsibility of the client.
All payments must be received in full and in the agreed currency.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds are based on the notice given before the trip start date:
Notice Period | Refund Eligible |
---|---|
More than 30 days | 90% refund |
15–29 days | 50% refund |
7–14 days | 25% refund |
Less than 7 days | No refund |
Non-refundable items (e.g., permits or flights) are not covered by the refund policy.
4. Amendments
We will accommodate changes when possible, subject to availability and any extra costs.
Changes made less than 14 days before departure may attract additional fees.
5. Inclusions & Exclusions
Each itinerary clearly outlines what is included and excluded in the price. Exclusions may include:
International flights
Visa fees
Personal insurance
Gratuities
Alcoholic beverages
6. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and should cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost belongings. Boundless Tours is not responsible for any losses due to inadequate coverage.
7. Health & Safety
Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements prior to the trip.
Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary vaccinations and following COVID-19 guidelines.
8. Liability
Boundless Tours acts as an agent for third-party service providers. We are not liable for:
Delays or cancellations due to weather, strikes, or government decisions
Injury, illness, or loss of property during the trip
9. Wildlife Sightings
While we do our best to maximize wildlife viewing opportunities, sightings cannot be guaranteed as animals are in their natural habitats.
10. Client Conduct
Clients are expected to:
Follow park and guide instructions
Respect local customs, staff, and wildlife
Avoid any behavior that may endanger themselves or others
Violation of conduct may result in early termination of the trip without refund.
11. Complaints & Disputes
Any complaints during the trip should be reported to the guide or our office immediately.
Written complaints must be submitted within 14 days of the tour ending.
Any disputes will be settled under the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
